We're on a mission to change the way the housing market works. Rather than offering one service or another, we want to combine as many and make our clients' lives easy and carefree. Our goal is to match our clients with the perfect properties that fit their tastes, needs, and budgets.

James & Nikki
It all kicked off when James—ex-tour guide and all-round sound guy—had enough of being treated like a robot with a steering wheel. Burnt-out staff, nae appreciation, and hours longer than a Scottish winter. So he said, “F**k this, I can dae better,” and off he went. With an award-winning Scottish business already under his belt, the entrepreneurial fire was lit—and this time, it was personal.
Then there’s Nikki—our pocket-sized powerhouse. A wee ginger legend with degrees in history and politics, focusing on international relations and cooperation. Primarily focusing on the bronze age. With interests in Scottish Royalty, mythology, and not forgetting a love of Harry Potter, and wee Westies.
She’s the one dishing out the stories or facts that can make you laugh, gasp, and say, “Wait, that really happened?” Even the moody teenagers perk up.
But she's right wee demon when it comes to events.
Families, We See You!!!
Grannies, toddlers, uncles who won't stop talking, and the cousin that needs fed every 30 minutes? You're our people.
Our tours are built for real families—multi-generational mayhem and all.
The coach is basically a spaceship: Wi-Fi, charging ports, tables, live telly, and even a wee kitchen. Aye, a kitchen. If you've got a big family like us, you know what these road trips can be like.

James brings experience from the tourism industry and his entrepreneural mind that has shaped not only by professional milestones but by personal challenges that have defined his outlook on life. From navigating personal struggles with mental health, dealing with trauma to learning hard lessons from past mistakes, his journey has been anything but conventional. But it’s precisely these experiences that sparked the drive to build something better for himself, for others, and for the industry. With a belief in second chances and fresh starts, Ultimate Scottish Tours and Events was born. It’s more than a business it’s a statement of purpose.
Nikki is the heart and historical mind of the operation. With degrees in history and politics, specialising in international relations and Bronze Age studies, she brings academic insight to every tour. Her love of Scottish royalty, ancient myths, and legends plus a healthy dose of Harry Potter enthusiasm and a soft spot for Westies makes her the perfect guide. Whether it’s sharing fascinating facts or bringing the past to life, Nikki has a gift for connecting with people of all ages (yes, even the moody teenagers).
